Fairtrade Fortnight 2010 - 22nd February to 7th March

For this year's Fairtrade Fortnight the nation is being asked to join in The Big Swap. For two whole weeks we are all being asked to swap our usual stuff for Fairtrade stuff. Our usual bananas for Fairtrade bananas, our usual cotton socks for Fairtrade cotton socks, and our usual cuppa for a Fairtrade cuppa. This means that every time you go shopping, you can use your wallet to make a stand go to www.fairtrade.org.uk

During Fairtarde Fortnight there will be loads of great ways to show your support for Fairtrade with talks, coffee mornings, promotions, fun events and competetions across the Swansea.  Incuding on Friday 5th March in association with the Environment Centre 'Fairtrade Fashion Show' at the National waterfront Museum.  For more information go to www.fairtradeswansea.org.uk
